• Marriage Certificate along with two photocopies OR Marriage Photo along with wedding card.
• Original Degree Certificate along with 2 photocopies and original mark sheet along with two photocopies.
• Affidavit on Rupees 100 stamp paper required in some cases.

If you want to renew passport, due to change of appearance, for a jumbo booklet or change in maiden name to married name there is no need to produce age proof again.

• An applicant below the age of 18 has to produce valid passport of their parents. If parents do not hold a passport, then minor has to be produced.
• If either of the parent is abroad, then a concern letter from the same has to be furnished.
• Annexure H is required.

• Original Ration Card with two photocopies of the 1st and last page. OR Bank passbook or election card or House rent receipt or company service certificate. Proof of residence to be a minimum of one year.
• Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate), Original and two photocopies of school leaving certificate or SSC passing certificate
• Four Photographs (Front facing with light background) (only for kids under age 4) Size 3.5 X 3.5 cm.
• ANNEXURE 'F' and 'I' (standard affidavit is essential)

• Normal Passport Fees:- Rs 2000/-
• Tatkal Passport Fees:- Rs 4500/-

• Two identical front facing photographs in color of size 3.5 X 3.5 cm. Four photographs to be pasted in the application box provided. On page 5, two clear photographs to be pasted without signatures whereas one unsigned photography to be pasted on passport application registration form. The applicant has to sign across the remaining four photographs in such a way that half signature appears on the form and half on the picture. The signatures to be the same in all photographs and form.
